Best vacation resort I’ve ever been to.

Definitivamente volveremos!

Beautiful hotel. Not on the beach but a short drive in a golf cart to a private beach club. Outstanding service. Best hotel in the Caribbean in my opinion.

Our honeymoon stay at Sanctuary Cap Cana could not have been better. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with refreshing coconut lemonade drinks and amazing hospitality. Our junior suite-ocean view room was PERFECT. The view was incredible, the location of the room at the resort was convenient to everything, and the room was so spacious. Our room and everywhere else on site was spotless and well kept. The spa services were wonderful and highly recommended (especially the hydrotherapy,...

No upgrade even mentioned. Room internally was very nice but I paid for initial room upgrade and we could not see the pool through the trees. Perhaps just a peek seen. Discussed this with concierge at room intro and told him I was not happy. He did not help. So I did not get what I paid for at all. Concierge while friendly told us someone was to pick us up for birthday dinner on the beach (260$) prior to sunset. That did not happen so after 15 minutes we went to lobby trying to find where our...

Raul the butler was amazing. He helped me book restaurants, spa appointments, ride to the airport, and was very responsive and very kind. The food was great. My favorite restaurant was the Argentinian steakhouse. FYI if you book through Expedia, the sales team will give you a 2-3 hour presentation about the resort’s membership.

Overall my experience was great. I did not like that my room was filled with bugs & dirty. My air also did not work and they worked on my room for hours and they couldn't give me a different room. They did fix the problems.

Our butler, Rodny, was amazing. He made our stay a breeze and took great care of us! The staff is really what makes this place great, they put in the extra effort to make sure we had a wonderful time!

Our first trip to DR and the Westin was a great choice. Beautiful property on the beach, perfectly maintained, friendly staff, great restaurants to choose from and drinks and food reasonably priced. We would recommend and go back. We had a great time, better than Cabo and Maui which are getting crowded and more expensive.

Majestic Colonial is a beautiful place but for being Puerto Rican I was looking for some good Dominican food and did not find it. We had to go out outside for it.

The property was only 25 minutes from the airport. Very friendly staff and services were rendered very will from the restaurants to the nightly entertainment. Cleanliness and maintenance was top notch from any inclusive resort we have said at.

The Property was great, you always see staff working in every area like the garden, the pool and around the the hotel area. The restaurants are always clean lots and lots of room for everyone to sit and enjoy even near the pool. Property is great! Our welcoming experience was also amazing, everyone had an smile and ready to assist.

Great property - would consider going again!

The water slides and other activities where a surprise. We had a lot of fun!

The staff greets you with genuine warmth.

I had the absolute best time with my wife from the moment we got there. From the excellent service by manger/GM Angelo we were greeted with the best welcomes. Then we have the 100/100 service provided by THE BEST waiter ever Ricki, he went beyond his efforts to have the best excellent service for us including his Supervisor Gregori. We also have the best room possible with Jacuzzi on our balcony, including the best cleaning service provided by Rosanini 10/10. Family friendly for the kids and...

We enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at the Serenade All suites adults only resort. The property is beautiful, new and clean. We loved our room!! Very spacious! We especially liked that the toilet had its own room. Pillows need to be changed, too floppy. The vibe of the resort isn’t like other adults only resorts we’ve experienced, this one was more chill and relaxed. Be sure to wake up early to save beach chairs. We would wake up at 6:45am to put towels on beach chairs, we enjoyed hanging...
