โWe loved our time at the Gingerbread mansion. Oliva was an amazing host. Breakfast prepared each day was some of the best we have had. Snacks provided at tea time each day were also a big perk. The mansion was such a cozy experience. We loved our time spent at the mansion as well as exploring the town of Ferndale. Hiking and exploring the town made our time there very memorable. I fear future B&Bs may be ruined for me as this was my first time experiencing a true B&B experience and any future...
โHaving just packed up from an 8-day camping trip, the sweet, comfy and very private living room and bedroom suite above the garage was perfect for me. The rooms were very clean, there was plenty of hot water, the towels were new and soft and the Dish TV service excellent--plus the hosts kind and attentive. I hope to return to charming Ferndale one day, and enjoy staying at the old inn once again. โ

โIt was a nice room with comfortable bed, big fridge and microwave, nice TV, easy check in. The only thing I didn't like was that the toilet was very short, similar to those in elementary schoold, which made it challenging to get up and down. Otherwise, it was a good budget hotel.โ
โThe room was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Easy on and off the freeway, yet not so close it could be heard. The owners are obviously in the process of remodeling the property, but the room we had had been very nicely redone. We appreciated the one story. โ
