“This is a lovely hidden gem in Tuscany. The outdoor view is refreshing and peaceful. The hosts are wonderful; the property was one of our favorite places we stayed. Very comfortable accommodations with a nice kitchen and dining area. Did a day trip to Florence which was about half an hour drive. We could have stayed here longer and been perfectly happy. ”

“I stayed 4 nights in this hotel executive 3 bed room. This hotel is generally well maintained and the restaurant and my room was always clean and tidy. The river view outside the window was especially good. However, as it is a five-star hotel, improvement is needed. First, the photos of hotel.com are very different from the actual my room, so I contacted the front desk and changed the room the next day. “It was much worse than I expected. The room was totally different from pictures on website. Hair dryer and room key didn't work so we waisted time and no one said sorry to us. Especially cleaning status was terrible. There were so much dust on the table and bathroom floor. The restaurant didn't open on time in the morning. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this hotel. ”

“피렌체 외곽에 위치하고 있지만 그만큼 훌륭한 호텔입니다! 아르노강 바로 옆에 있어 전망과 경관이 너무나 멋집니다. 직원들도 친절하며 자필로 쓴 방문 축하 카드와 과자는 진심으로 놀랐습니다. 여름에 다시한번 꼭 오고싶은 숙소입니다!”

“밑에 사우나가 있어서 입구 들어올때 따듯한 냄새가 좋았다. 직원들도 굉장히 친절했고, 영국식 영어를 구사하는지 발음이 또박또박해서 영알못도 알아듣기 좋았따. 조식도 기본정도라 좋았고, 라면냄새나느네 있어 먹었는데 밍밍하고 별맛없어서 비추. 대신 요거트는 대존맛이니 꼭 드셔보시길. 메인역까지는 거리가 있지만 두오모나 주변 관광지랑은 가까워서 좋았다.”
