“Safety was beyond an issue. There were people screaming at 4:00 in the morning and somebody tried to break into my room at around the same time. My family went into the pool for the last hour that it was open and the kids were so rowdy that were there. You had children that were peeing in the corner and defecating by the pool. They will also throwing the mats that are there so people don't slip into the pool on people's heads. My daughter is from the Bronx and she even got out the pool. Nobody...

“Camelot is a very nice hotel in a beautiful location! Check in was very smooth - since I arrived late, my key was waiting on the desk for me! My 2 room suite was very clean with a comfortable queen bed. An evening snack and a muffin and coffee for breakfast were an added bonus. My only disappointment was that the cute bar was already closed so I couldn't have a nightcap! I will definitely stay here again!”

“The building needs lot of love. No chair or sofa in the room. Electrical plug for cell recharge on the wall loose. Juice dispenser for breakfast falling appart. Not one of Fairfield best location.”

“The room had a musty smell. I forgot my shoes went back 10 minutes later and after realizing I forgot them I went back. Had a hard time finding someone at front desk. Had to track down someone from housekeeping, and they already took my shoes out of the room. Have a feeling it’s a good thing. I went back when I did or never would’ve had my shoes because they said there was no lost and found.”

“The hotel was well maintained. The staff were excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. The one thing that surprised me was the highway that runs almost over the hotel. Without the AC running loudly, I may have had some sleep issues but it ran all night and I slept beautifully. They do provide ear plugs so I’m assuming they know it’s an issue! 😉”

“Rooms smelled dirty and like wet dogs. Videoed a crawling bug on the bed sheet, cigarette burns on sheets. Linens unclean. One of the rooms key card wouldn’t work and they only had one key to open it which we had to go to office to request. Not safe , chain not available on door to keep intruder out. No amenities except junk doughnuts and few pieces of fruit. No cereal, juice milk. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Expedia should not advertise this place.”

“Hotel was just OK. Room was clean, but several things were broken (comfy chair, microwave, decorative handles on things). At 4:00 AM, they were vacuuming the hallway carpet right outside our room. Bed was GREAT! Soft and comfy. Breakfast bar was nice. Staff was friendly. Seems like it was a place where a lot of semi truckers stay as there were lots of trucks in the parking lot and lots of men milling about in the parking lot on their phones. “The staff wasn't friendly or helpful. We ended up checking out at 12:30am . The walls are paper thin . We could hear the people next to us talking. The air conditioner was extremely loud and rattled. The bathroom shower looks like it has never been updated or deep cleaned. When we checked out the person never apologized or even offered us a different room. ”
