“The check-in to guest services transition could have been better organized. The jacuzzi in my room didn't work properly. It was serviced, but still didn't work properly. Very nice room otherwise. I don't drink alcohol. There were several occasions where I was given Pina coladas with alcohol even though I voiced loud and clear that I don't want alcohol in my drinks. You could hear festivities in the hallways when you were sleeping. Best restaurants were Los Torres and the Japanese restaurant....

“I am at room 14-574--we have to tell you we are very dissapointed--we came here thinking we would have no issues on the 3rd of July--as soon as we got here the regular elevator in the west wing was down, then the power went out. We had to use the service elevator stuffed like sardines. We could not get to our room. When we tried to order food by the pool, there was only 1 person working the pool area...just 1...took us over 90 min to get food from them. How do you have 1 person working the...

“We had a wonderful stay at Margaritaville Bahamas! We especially loved the lazy river and how easy it was to access multiple pools and the beach throughout the resort. Everything was conveniently laid out, making it simple to relax and enjoy different areas without feeling crowded. The atmosphere was fun, the facilities were clean, and we had a great time. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The hotel was nice. My room should have been better for the price. There was paint on the floor. Refrigerator was not pleasant looking and all the drinks inside was luke warm. The bathroom sinks the water went out very slow, so the settled there for awhile. Annoying. They did come up and finally clean the paint up after the second day. They left us one washcloth on the third day and none on the 4th night. We called and told the cleaning lady and we never got them.”
