"The grounds were beautifully maintained. We watched staff meticulously clean the glass around the pool, wiped down railings all the way to the ground. They need a raise ! Every staff we came in contact with was knowledgeable and the training shows. We were greeted by the gift shop cashier, the front desk clerk came around to hand me my room keys. These little things did not go unnoticed. Mya was a great waitress to us! She made our night with being so fun and kind to our party."

"The facility is quite old and though it's been updated, its age shows. The walkways.were not especially clean. Though we were there for a week, we did not use the common areas so I can't comment on them though I entered the dining area briefly on the last day and it seemed clean and pleasant. Our bed was too soft for me, but I have a bad back and ideally need a firm bed, My husband was fine with the bed though. I was able to try another bed, but it felt the same. I really appreciated that the room was cleaned every day. Even the shower curtains were laundered (at least between guest stays). So my impression was that the rooms were kept very clean (I briefly observed a maid cleaning the room next to us and she was washing down even places that hands may have touched, like door frames and knobs) and the staff was very helpful and kind."

"The clerk when we checked in was not friendly at all, but everyone else was. The rooms are starting to be updated (floors and paint). However, the furniture and the showers are old. Our room also had a horrible musty smell. The breakfast offers a lot of options and was good. For the price and location it is well worth it."
