Tried to call office, and landline was in room but not connected, as though it was a nostalgic art piece to the room, no actual value to it, no possible way of hooking up either. I went to the office to get a different room because the only reason I rented the room was for the jacuzzi tub my front desk person tells me that all of the jacuzzi tubs you don't work. I'm the only way to get a discounted refund was through Expedia since I did a third party order. I suggest looking elsewhere other than Stevens Inn!!"
