"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! We were visiting family nearby and picked this hotel for its affordable rooms compared to other hotels in the area. It turned out to check every single box I wanted! The room had no odor when we arrived, the walls were freshly painted, the bathroom was spotless, there were plenty of towels, there was high quality and full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room had an air conditioner with digital panel and worked great. We had a desk, extra shelves, comfy chair, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. All in all, a great little room! We stayed for three days. The front desk staff was very helpful and on the side wall were dozens of teas to choose from, as well as cocoa and coffee. We really enjoyed coming downstairs for chamomile tea and my teenager enjoyed the Swiss Miss cocoa. Elevator worked great, rooms were totally quiet, ample parking even on sold out nights, and easy access to rooms. One of our keys didn't work but the other did and we had zero issues with anything else."

"It was a great location with the water front view and deck! The only negative was the uncomfortable bed and the pillows were really uncomfortable!---very hard! Our backs will recover, but it wasn't pleasant."

"PROS: the rooms are spacious and clean. Same for the bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Windows have screens - I appreciated being able to sleep with windows open rather than using the AC - just my personal preference. MINOR CON: our room could have benefitted from a newer mattress. Still perfectly serviceable, but the difference between GOOD and AWESOME!"

"We had a great stay overall. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The best part of our stay was the young man who greeted us and gave us the keys. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and he made a great first impression. There were a couple of small things that could be improved, like having an electric kettle in the apartment, but those were minor issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place."
