"Everything was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the TV was not connected to the WiFi and could not use any app and I love to watch Netflix and relax. I let the hotel staff know and even sent a text message to the number they text you how everything is going and if you need anything to make your stay better and they just said someone from the maintenance department was going to contact me and they never did. We left and no one cared to make sure and ask if our issue was taken care of. And this is one of the main reasons we choose to stay there. I could have chosen other hotels cheaper if I’m not going to have what I’m looking forward to and it was for my birthday too. I’m also to complain directly to the hotel. "

"Loved the location of this hotel and the view of the marina from my balcony. Room was a great size but didn’t like that there was not much cleaning service. We were there 4 nights and they brought fresh towels but didn’t make the bed either day. "

"Clean inside and out. In unit laundry. Walking distance to the beach. Staff is so nice and very informative. We will definitely come back. "

"Parking was closed off the secondary exist. Only one was in and out. The room had a stench like they used dirty polluted water or something to clean everything. The bathroom had an initial weird smell as well. The TV setup is at least 10-15 years old, but I assume they do not want to upgrade anything because they would have to charge more per night to "justify" the cost. The mattresses were exctremely thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Again, you get what you pay for. Theres no way you can justify $140 per night rate, but this is Ventura so it is what it is. "

"Room dirty, water bottles under bed, crumbs all over, arrived to wet bedding on bed. They had to replace. Locks on patio door broken, did not feel safe as a solo female traveler. All kitchen items had coating of grease and grime…I used NOTHING but the fridge/freezer..yuck! Holes in furniture covers, cabinets did not close and tenant that rented next to me smoked on their deck, going right into my unit if I had patio open. I blocked the doors at night and slept with one eye open. Comfortable bed…my only positive."

"Hotel is good for a stopping point or work stay. Beds are comfortable, room clean, mini fridge and microwave helpful in room. Tiny fitness center. Breakfast basics of fruit, cereal, juice, muffins, coffee, etc."
