"My husband and I stayed in the Sunset Tower. The room was beautiful, big TV. The air conditioning didnt seem to work but since the outside temperature wasnt too hot, the room stayed about 77/78 degrees which was okay for me but too warm for my husband, we kept the fan on and it helped with the temperature ..."

"Front desk was ok. You can tell they were going through the motions. The breakfast buffet staff told us we can sit anywhere. We decided to grab our food first and when we were going to sit down they told us we couldn't sit there and it's reserved... I was confused so I talk to the staff"
