“I was excited to use the pool for our vacation, but it still wasn't inspected by the city so we couldn't use it for our 8 days there and it was upsetting. No compensation on the resort fee either.”

“Good location, but the room we had on the porch, was right by some big dumsters, that were used very frequently all through the night - making a lot of noise. Room was fine but needed renovation (broken tiles and blinds etc., matress very (too) soft. Staff was nice and offered us the use of pool facilities after our 10 AM check-out and also let us keep the car in the (free) parking for some hours. ”

“We have stayed that this resort many times in the past. Booked Oceanview room, got a room looking onto the parking lot in a corner. Constant noise from construction crew beneath us. Guests in room beside us were up partying until 5am on their balcony, staff did nothing. We left 2 days early and won’t return.”
