โA great oasis for families in Vegas. The staff were fantastic, and the room was wonderful especially with the kitchenette. Having the Miracle Mile Shops right next door provided shopping and additional dining choices without having to leave the hotel. โ

The shuttle service makes it great for sightseeing on the main street.
Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price. However, one of the front desk staff, Mr./Ms. A, displayed racist behavior, which makes me hesitant to visit again."
"Takes too long for a check in and check out even with a short queue. Both front desk staffs and dealers(especially the dealer side) did a very good job on assuring that this is not a property I should ever come back to... pit bosses were willing to help and resolve issues, but everyone else including hotel fronts just never like it when they have to lift fingers and work.
