"First day went to the pool and bar. Was overcharged for two Moscow Mule drinks ($41.00) from the Carina bar. I was not given a menu so I did not see the prices. We missed Happy Hour. the two Moscow Mule drinks were charged to my room. I returned next day same time as previous day, ordered two Moscow mule, $31.00!! That’s quite a bit of difference!! "

"Staff at check-in wasn't the friendliest person, no small talk. we had 2 rooms and she gave us the wrong keys to one of the rooms and we tried to enter a room that somebody was staying. after having to go back down to the lobby she realized she told us the wrong room number! Rooms were nice and clean, and they cleaned them each day. It's a casinos so multiple restaurants and plenty to do, not a smoker so always don't like the smell. Overall good price for the facility."

"We were enjoying and the kid pool need to keep clean it was dirty. Glad about the staff refunded me when they were overcharged to my credit and my friend and I were deaf we were waiting a while for housekeeping to bring extra towels and pillows we had to call them again passed one hour. "

"Remodeling of hotel was nicely done. Rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly. Our party enjoyed the pool. Water was a little cold. There are no staff at the pool area and we struggled to get towels. This also led to smoking by guests as they sat in the hot tub. Hotel charges a resort fee in addition to the nightly rate. Not abnormal however they charged a refundable nightly deposit of $100 which seemed high for the stay. The main hotel area smells of cigarettes which is not favorable but its Vegas. We enjoyed the large fish tanks and access to the adjoined outdoors store. Good selection of restaurants on site"
