Silverton Casino Lodge Tours

I had no idea about a amenities charge added to my stay because I went thru a third party, i.e. Expedia. I realize I didn't see those charges would be added, and definitely would have went another route when booking my stay in Las Vegas! I don't travel much and getting charged $170.00 for amenities that I never used, nor did I know about them at all is atrocious! The shower barely got that hot with no water pressure. I'll probably never go back to Las Vegas, let alone Westgate Resort! It just would have been nice to know that these charges would be added before I even made a reservation! More BOLD print on the end of Expedia would be better!!! I ended up getting literally sick my last evening of my stay. Completely unsatisfied!!!

We only stayed overnight for a company event. We appreciated the clean and quiet room. We were not able to try any restaurants while we were there. But the fitness room was clean and very useful. Great view of pool area.

The property when checking in seemed like a 3 star. After a long, long, long walk to my room down a new-ish but poorly decorated hallway, I arrived to an Excellent room. Big, bright, clean. Big bathroom with all the amenities. Comfortable sofa and seating, comfortable bed. It totally brought them up to 4 stars!
