“Takes too long for a check in and check out even with a short queue. Both front desk staffs and dealers(especially the dealer side) did a very good job on assuring that this is not a property I should ever come back to... pit bosses were willing to help and resolve issues, but everyone else including hotel fronts just never like it when they have to lift fingers and work. ”

“The cleanliness of the accommodation, hospitality and kindness of the staff gave a good impression and comfort to the accommodation. But there was a lameness in the infrastructure around. However, I think quiet and kind employees will make me choose this place again. ”

“Breakfast was good.”

“The staff greeted us upon arrival. The property very clean and inviting. The rooms were clean but one of the bedspreads had light stains on it and couldn't get the tv to turn off.”
