โThe room was good, quiet. The bed was adequate. I didn't like the property in front of the hotel as it looked abandoned, not kept up and that made the area appear unsafe. โ
โBath tub looked as if it needed to be cleaned and the bedsheets did not smell fresh. Overall, It was a comfortable stay. A lot of dining options to choose from.โ
โLoved our stay. Jay at the front desk for check-in/out was so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, and we had no issues at all. The parking lot was very well lit at nite when I walked my pup. And they do not charge for pets, that was a huge bonus. โ
โMy husband was having knee replacement at crystal clinic. This hotel was a mile from the hospital. We arrived the night before surgery. I stayed there as they kept my husband overnight Everyone was so helpful and every morning and evening they would ask me how he was doing. Very friendly and helpful. โ
"It is not a brand new hotel. However considering price it is definitely acceptable. Most of all, a staff from Brisbane, Australia was really friendly and kind. He allowed us to have some meals for breakfast even in the evening. He provided water bottles as well. It was touching in the very cold winter night. "
"The worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible.
Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility.
