"This pink hotel has a lovely rooftop terrace with beautiful ocean views. However, the rooms are quite small, the furniture is old, and the facilities overall feel dated and could use an upgrade. The hotel is also located on a hill, quite a walk from the pier, so be prepared for an uphill walk. I also couldn’t store my luggage at the hotel and had to go to the pier and pay $25 for luggage storage. I found this very inconvenient and disappointing."

"We were greeted by Denise. She welcomed us and made us feel comfortable right away. Our room was clean. It is an old hotel so we knew it would have some quirks but that was fine by us. The location is prime and they provided continental breakfast. Those things mattered to us. Our door latch did not have all the parts so could not be latched but there was a dead bolt below that. Our tub was very deep and hard to get in and out of even with the hand bar. Overall we would definitely stay here again. It is a historic hotel and we were glad we found it."
