"My family and I stayed in a room with a view of the water, which was great! Our room was very clean! The bathroom was a little outdated, but it was clean. The room was so spacious! The staff were so friendly too!! My only complaint would be the pillows. They were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"Wonderful trip. The Queen Mary is amazing. You are able to walk around a larg part of the ship. I found the engine room exhibit real cool. My wife not so much...lol. They even had a ham radio operator in the radio room. Being a ham myself it was pretty cool to see the setup and spend some time talking with him. It is a definite must go if you are thinking about it. We stayed in a deluxe room with a king. We were on the port view side and would recommend the harbor side as the view of the Long Beach skyline was amazing."

"I’m sure this place is really nice. Unfortunately the parking is a huge issue. The woman on the phone just kept telling me that I could pay for parking and then use the lot, which was fine and not the issue. The issue was that There was no way for me to get into the parking lot without checking in and paying first and there was no place for me to park so I could check in. They have no designated check in parking. Her only solution was for me to double park behind parked cars, turn my hazards on, and hope that I didn’t get towed for blocking in traffic and a narrow two lane road. I drove around for blocks looking for a spot and finally found one which was a 45 minute walk back to the hotel. In the end, I decided I’d rather just make the 4 1/2 hour drive home then walk or uber to the hotel to check in, to get the parking pass and then walk or uber back to my car to put it in the lot. I called back to tell them I wasn’t checking in and could I give them my information so they could release the room incase someone needed it and the woman refused to look me up for this."
