Centralissimo e particolare
Struttura centralissima in un palazzo antico. Stanza ampia, con fantastico soffitto decorato, con vista su villa Bellini. Quadri particolari in tutta la struttura. Il bagno ha alcune cose da rivedere (problemi per scaricare l'acqua nel wc, phone che a volte si blocca, tubo doccia non regolabile). Piccoli accorgimenti da poter risolvere. Lenzuola e tovaglie pulitissime ma la pulizia in generale è da migliorare (consiglio di affidarvi ad una donna e non al tipo che abbiamo visto pulire). La colazione è abbondante e la saletta super accogliente. Nel complesso e per il prezzo pagato ci ritornerei sicuramente.

The location of this hotel is excellent. I went back to my room to rest or refresh. Then I went out again. There is a cinema next door. The main department store is a block away.

Can't sleep, can't breethe
It can't be a 3 star hotel, simply can't. - the floor was dirty all the time, I think, tiles are crumbling. - one of the doors in the shower cabin was absent and therefore each shower created a little flood in the bathroom. - there was no soap. Only sachets with shampoo and shower gel so there was always mess on the sink due to gel spills. - AC didn't work. We arrived late on the first night and realized that it is more of a fan rather than an AC and spent a nightmare of a night simply roasted in the bed. We couldn't sleep, we couldn't breathe. - the next night we got a replacement for the AC (see on the picture) that roared like a ford Mustang from the 80-s and also prevented us from closing the door to the balcony (which happens to be to the main street). It was extremely loud due to the open door and we couldn't sleep still as the cooler also failed to cool the room down with the door open to the hot night. I also loved the touch with the bottle to collect the condensed water. It got filled every 2-3 hours and we woke to empty it and if we failed, then there was water all over the room. It was a torture, we were sleep depraved every night.

central and inexpensive
Hotel is directly across the street from airport bus stop. They moved me down the street from the actual hotel. It’s in front of a busy restaurant but I didn’t have any problem sleeping. Staff was friendly. Central and convenient location, can’t complain at the price.

Personale gentilissimo e pulizia ottima. Posizione eccellente a centro città. La struttura necessita di urgenti lavori (il pavimento della camera era irregolare con un dislivello assai poco tranquillizzante). Si sente continuamente qualcosa (autoclave?) che si attacca e si stacca e di notte è molto fastidioso. Lenzuola scadenti (perdono "pallini" che restano attaccati ai vestiti)

Posizione splendida, molto carino
Albergo, molto carino in posizione splendida, situato al secondo piano di un palazzo storico, senza ascensore, con stanze belle, pulite e confortevoli, il personale è molto gentile. Unico neo: il cuscino, davvero troppo alto e duro. Bisognerebbe fornire l’alternativa con un cuscino di spessore medio o basso.

Ci hanno dirottato su hotel agatina dello stesso proprietario x problemi nella stanza, che si trova proprio di fronte al teatro romano in piazza stesicoro, hotel in fase di ristrutturazione ma nel complesso molto pulito e location ottima.

Good Central Hotel in Catania
Friendly and helpful service. Safe situation and 24 hour reception. We were able to arrive early and leave our bags. Good sized rooms and en_suites. No tea making facility.

Unbeatable location, clean and comfortable rooms
The hotel is in an excellent location, very central and convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the only downside was that the air conditioning didn't work that well - unfortunately we didn't get the chance to raise the issue with staff as we only stayed one night and left very early in the morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would stay there again in future.

Hotel na krótki pobyt.
Pokój w miarę czysty, ale łazienka pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Odpływ z prysznica był zapchany także woda za każdym myciem wylewała się na posadzkę. Armatura zakamieniona i stara. Śniadanie hotelowe bardzo skromne, nie było dużego wyboru. Trzeba jednak przyznać, że te produkty, które były to po skończeniu były szybko uzupełniane.

Clean basic hotel, excellent location.
Clean, big and comfortable room. A lot of nice towels. Very good and flexible service. They made breakfast earlier just for me, because I had early check out. Wide and good range of basic breakfast ingredients. It was a bit hard to find the hotel on the street, because the main door is in the inner yard of houses. Safe location in the Main Street. Restaurant street is only 2 min walk away.
