“One of the few hotels within the Carcassonne castle. So one can't get access to it by car. The guest has to park his or her car at the Welcome Centre on the outskirts of the castle, and the hotel provides transportation between the Welcome Centre and the hotel. The service was very impressive, but this information should be given before the guest finalizes his or her reservation. “Great location with a secure car park. The reception staff are very nice. Breakfast is good and the view from the restaurant on the Cite de Carcassonne is fantastic. Very small pool but nice to cool off and relax in after a long journey. Rooms are comfortable with air conditioning.”
