"we love the customer service, very friendly staff. nice, quiet area. respectful people at the restaurants around, however the cleaniness needs improvement, example the tile-floor in the bath needs scrubbing, the vents and exterior walls are dusty f spiderwebs and the carpets feels sticky. someone needs to check that the maids are really cleaning. other than that.
