โI only needed a simple single room, that is what I got. I even had a space to park my motorcycle. Single bed small bathroom with a shower. I didn't expect a TV but there was a small one with a sky package.I was happy with the price, and impressed it came with a pre-made breakfast. It was a Friday night and the room was over the bar of a lively pub so there was some noise until just after midnight but it didn't tarnish my stay.โ
โWe were made to feel very welcome. The food is excellent, local suppliers clearly listed. Extensive wine list.
Outside area for drinks and dinner is attractive.

โStaff were friendly and excellent and location is what we expected and room and comfort was very good.
The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?โ
โThe room, facilities were fantastic. The little touches, Norfolk Natural Livingโฆ.. bubble bath, shower gel and shampoo with conditioner, added to the quality of our stay! Bread source breakfast was delicious! Home made bread source biscuits with their amazing coffee in the room was lovely to have on arrival and again first thing in the morning. Highly recommend, everything was as advertised. โ
โThis is a charming independent hotel in a convenient location for Norwich centre. As with all hotels of its ilk it does not have the funding provided by the conglomerates but the plus side is its individuality and character. The staff were really good โ

โBeautiful property, excellent staff, great breakfast, lovely gardens very well maintained. Situated in a very pretty village, would definitely recommend to anyone. The only thing I wish they did an evening meal. Fabulous stay. โ
โSingle room for 1 night, a bit cosy but the price was unbeatable. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, good shower amenities, easy parking, polite staff, good wifi.
Only improvement I can suggest is to put a darker curtain as quite a bit of light goes through during summer.โ
โWonderfully refurbished and decorated apartment fitted with everything we needed. Nice touch having a selection of bathroom & kitchen essentials for the unprepared traveler.
Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Location is amazing for Cromer attractions.โ
