“Great hotel. We had an incident whereby on night one a neighbouring room had a very loud and aggressive domestic. Staff acted promptly and it was dealt with. I have to say the staff here are fantastic. Amazing with kids, go out of their way to be kind and helpful. The food is great. Pool is an added bonus. Rooms clean, warm and good hot water shower. Ticked all the boxes for us. Bus stop across the road so east access into Leeds too. Definitely will be booking again when back in Leeds”

“Room was clean, warm and quite. Black out curtains were so good that I couldn't tell if it was morning or not. Bed was comfortable. I slept better than I normally do!!!
Shower had both rainfall shower head and a normal shower that you can take off the hook
Hotel is very close to city centre and all amenities. Staff was VERY nice, friendly and helpful. Cant recommended enough ”

“On arrival we were greeted by lovely staff at reception. The rooms are clean and presentable with welcome cookies and drinks in the mini fridge. The bed was really comfy with a nice duvet. Location is fantastic. Would highly recommend. ”
“Excellent hotel with friendly, polite and helpful staff. Rooms as described, spacious clean with a lovely designed ensuite . Biggest plus was the swimming pool with sauna, whirlpool etc , very clean and large.
Overall a great stay and we will definitely return in the future.”

The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and looking amazing.
The only minor downside to our stay was the air conditioning/ heating not working as a consequence of the refurbishment. The brilliant staff had a portable heater put in our room within minutes.
