WOW WOW WOW, I am a pilot and stay in hotels all over the USA. I have been here to Philippines 4 times and this is the most amazing place I have stayed yet. I know its new but it is defiantly a top notch Marriot. All the staff are so amazing and personal. I enjoy all the updated features, ac is perfect, lights are bright and work, shower has HOT Water one thing most hotels here DON'T HAVE ANY OF!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for a great place with all the quality imagined.

Just feel like if I’m paying the extra fee to go to the executive lounge, they should be a little more understanding in people‘s needs and wants

What is there not to like about this property. Ive been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years and the only thing i can say is that the hotel and its staff is awesome! The location is great since its only a 15 min walk to the Ayala Mall and there is a 7-11 right next door to it. The breakfast buffet is great with a large variety of food and drinks. The service and rooms of the hotel are very nice and clean. The buffet is amazing as well as the roof top pool and bar. This hotel has a lot of nice amenities and the view was outstanding from the room we had. The only thing I could say I didn’t like is when I go outside and walk to the mall across the street, as soon as you turn the corner the smell is awful. I also tried the steakhouse and the food was amazing!! Cooked the way I ordered!! I would definitely stay again.

Great location coz it’s attached to Robinsons. I loved it that they call taxi for you & write down # along with your room #. Felt very safe & the hotel was very spacious & clean.

it is old hotel but amazing the water pressure of the shower, i really like.. The pool also the best💖 But the front desk staff, sorry to say not Good for me

The hotel and staff were great, the gym was amazing, and the surrounding area by Ayala and IT park made it a great location. My wife and I stayed here for 26 days during our trip and it felt like home. We are planning another trip to Cebu and Manila and I plan on staying here again for another 30 days.

The bed and room was exceptionally nice. King size bed. plently of room to move around with the square footage avaliable. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had alittle bit of eveything. Very well displayed. The gym was of special intrest to me but the pictures did not do it justice. had a smith machine, cable machine, and a full array of dumbells

Best staff. Best food. Comfy bed, clean rooms…carpet on the 12th floor needs replacement or deep cleaning. Food is amazing but hoping breakfast time can be extended to 11:30 or 12 noon.

I love how clean and tidy the whole place is. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I requested extra items in the room and they supplied it promptly. We had to leave early one morning and was going to miss the free breakfast but the staff packed us food to go. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who will stay in Cebu City.

I really liked this hotel. Stayed in Cebu for a month. Used this as my home base while traveling around to some different locations. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant had good good. I was really impressed with the free breakfast also. Not some garbage buffet, they actually serve you like a regular restaurant and you order which breakfast you want. I had a great time During my quarantine, staff are friendly and food was good It’s more than enough! Love the room so spacious and quite, and I love the rainFall shower. Would definitely come back in my next visit.
