"Not a new hotel but our room is quite adequate, housekeeping responsive (thank you for extra water bottles), and reception allowed late checkout to 1 pm (much appreciated). Ask for high floors if you are a light sleeper. Conveniently located adjacent to Ayala Centre Cebu via the underground car park.
