The picture was a bit dark but I just wanted to share that while a poor family was walking infront of me with their back turned, they were laughing so hard that although I cannot understand what they've been saying, they look so happy and contented.

Another Pen Cafe and Bistro favorite 😃 their Creamy Blackened Chicken is served with lightly seasoned potatoes which surprisingly goes well with the peppery sauce. Male and female street vendors sell very different items on the streets of Cebu. Traffic is odd there, I've made a left turn across 3 lanes of traffic in rush hour and not waited over 30 seconds. The vast majority of folks are civil and play by the rules.
