"The room and hotel was very nice. We did not have the hotel breakfast. We found a very good pastry nearby. The hotel is in a location that is a lengthy walk from the shopping areas and historic area. Not a lot going on along the waterfront."

"This is an elegant, old-world hotel and is beautifully maintained. The staff were very gracious and helpful. The room was large with high ceilings, an elegant bathroom and a small balcony opening out to the bay. There was a hot water kettle with packs of coffee and a mini-fridge. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a lovely spot for a drink at sunset. The waterfront area directly in front of the hotel is great for walking, and is being refinished very attractively with gray paving stones. It is a 10-12 minute walk along the waterfront to Molo Beverello port for ferries to Capri, Amalfi, etc."

"From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave your be disappointed Maybe they just hate foreigners. But I am English and got the feeling I wasn’t welcome from the moment I arrived. Got given a 20m toilet for 800 euros. Shower was broken. Didn’t fix. Toilet didn’t flush. 3 star"

"We loved our stay at Grand Hotel Parkers. The property was extremely clean and well maintained and the staff were delightfully helpful and charming. Meals and drinks on the terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples were a treat. The hotel was a short walk from Chiaia, our favourite part of Naples. We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again for a future visit."

"The rooms are very small. Location can be difficult. Electrical outlets are limited. Restaurants nearby are mainly just pub style places serving pizza and wine or beer."
