"Our stay at Neptunus was excellent! The exterior lounge pool and green area of the property with the beautiful view of the sea, hills and sunset are one of the high points! We loved having drinks late afternoon and the lunch/dinner food was very good. The hotel is very close to Saint Angelo and to some nice beaches. And 20min from Aragonese castle. Overall a great experience for me and my spouse!"

"Really nice place, clean and quiet. Natalina and her daughter were super helpful in terms of getting around the island. Did a lot of walking, the natural hot springs were maybe a 15 minute walk and the next town a little further but the island is gorgeous! "

First, while the hotel claims to have Wifi in every room, the network only works in the lobby and loses connection once you reach the third floor of rooms. We ironically had better connection to the wifi at the restaurant in the hotel beside this one then we did in our room. "The property itself was beautiful but no walkable access to the beach. They have a shuttle to take you to the beach and forio. The pools and staff are very nice. My only complaint is our room was very far from the main property. It’s walkable but down a dark alley that is not well lit. And the room itself had terrible WiFi and the tiniest tv. The shower was small and overall the rooms need updated"
