โThis is a tranquil location yet in the center of wonderful mid-level Pozzuoli. Parking is a very important plus to this part of Italy and our vehicle has always been secure. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a Roman colosseum, the port area, and public transportation. Staff are great, as well.โ
โLa posizione dell'hotel รจ perfetta. In auto puoi arrivare in pochissimi minuti allla fermata della metro per raggiungere il centro di Napoli. Buona la colazione, personale cortese e servizio di pulizia impeccabile.

โThe service is not good enough, I had issue with the lights and could not sleep one night, I barely reach the responsible person and they did not solve the issue, only asking me to try myself to do some the things. My colleague as well was waiting for 2 days the answer about iron if they can bring it. โ
โPoca cura dei dettagli. Per quello che abbiamo pagato e per le 4 stelle dell'hotel doveva essere tutt'altro. Una grande delusione. Lenzuola con capelli sopra, tende e copriletto con macchie sopra. Il bagno vomitevole, non abbiamo fatto la doccia perchรฉ c'era la ruggine e capelli. Macchie di sangue sulla placchetta della corrente. Maniglia, mensole, armadio TUTTO ROTTO. โ
โWe stayed for 3 nights and had the most fantastic experience! The hospitality was outstandingโso friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was pristine, spotless, and felt brand new. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and a lovely start to each day. Parking was also really easy, which made everything so convenient. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough, and weโll definitely be returning the next time we visit Bacoli!โ

Room clean and tidy, although did have some trouble with the vacuum outlet making noises through the night.
Easy access into the town and to Baeia.
Breakfast was plentiful, good coffee too.
Check in / out nice and easy.
