โThe property is in a great location, close to a main shopping area and within walking distance of the seafront. There are numerous restaurants close by.
The property is on the fifth floor and the lift is small and old but it works perfectly fine and we had no issues with it.

โOne of the best places Iโve stayed in. Donโt let the outside of the building deter you. Once you walk into the hotelโs floor, you forget all about the outside. The staff is so kind. Shout out to Rosy!! I loved this place so much I extended my stay. Did not want to leave Napoli. Itโs a less than 10 minute walk to the port to catch a ferry out to the nearby islands or for a cruise.

โgreat location in Santa Lucia, room was comfortable , the AC was cool and it was quiet. The breakfast was nice with lovely service, Iโm gluten free and they got pastries in for me especially.

โThe location of the property is excellent given its proximity to the Port and transport hubs. We had a stunning view of the Port and Castle from our room. The staff were very friendly but professional at the same time and we felt vey well looked after - nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was varied and always delivered on time.
