While the rooms themselves are lovely, the biggest perk of La Gemma is the owner, who went above and beyond to give us a good experience. “Es war ein hervorragender Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt wunderbar gelegen mitten in der Altstadt von Napoli. Der nicht vorhandene Aufzug (aus Denkmalschutzgründen) läßt einen kein schlechtes Gewissen aufgrund der vielen Pizzas vor Ort haben :-). Gennaro war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und ausreichend groß! Alleinig allem ein sehr perfekter Aufenthalt. Preis - Leistung auch mit dem Frühstück an der angrenzenden Bar ist wirklich ausgezeichnet! “Had an amazing time at this place. Normally I don’t leave a review but this place was so amazing I had to. The host Paula was great she was so welcoming and helped a lot with our trip. If we ever visit Napoli again I will be staying at this place and this place only! Breakfast 👍👍👍👍👍 We had to leave earlier than their breakfast services but they prepared it earlier for us. In addition, it was my girl friend’s birthday and they prepared a small birthday dessert with a candle for us....

If you barely open the door and go up, you will meet a 100-year-old elevator. The hotel itself has been newly remodeled. "The interior of the hotel was not bad, but I couldn't find the hotel entrance. I can't understand it. There is no sign indicating the hotel entrance anywhere. If you barely open the door and go up, you will meet a 100-year-old elevator. The hotel itself has been newly remodeled. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't find the entrance, and I regret that they didn't mention the parking lot."
