"Apart from the sometimes too-much room fragrance (and opening the window to the small balcony helped of course), this was a great stay and value. Especially if you have to visit the US consulate, which is literally right in front, the convenience is unmatched. Their whatsapp communication was clear and when I had a question, their reply was prompt and helpful. Right off the lungomare to walk to the center but not stuck in tourist land. Excellent pizza restaurant two minutes' walk away: 50 Kalo."

"We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Mergellina. Great location, steps from public transportation, restaurants, the lungo mare. Very quiet hotel, no may rooms, quiet and wonderful staff.
My only suggestion would be to have a better shower for space and water flow.
I would strongly recommend Hotel Mergellina to anyone who wishes to spend a good time in Napoli and I will for sure go back there for my next trip. "

"This hotel is located not just near the station, but actually inside the station building. There's a direct train service from the central station, which was very convenient. The room was cleaned daily, and the bathroom was kept spotless. The only minor issue was that the safety deposit box was broken and unusable throughout my stay. The staff were all very friendly."

"I got there at 1:30pm and door was locked no way of getting into a locked gate I was under the impression it was a hotel, got in lucky cause someone was leaving to find out I have to pay €0.20 to use the elevator to get the the suites(gramsci) the bed was extremely hard to sleep on also mosquito infested screen on balcony is torn allowing ton of them to bite us!! Honestly horrible! At least give the ppl staying there some bug repellent at bare minimum "
