"Poca cura dei dettagli. Per quello che abbiamo pagato e per le 4 stelle dell'hotel doveva essere tutt'altro. Una grande delusione. Lenzuola con capelli sopra, tende e copriletto con macchie sopra. Il bagno vomitevole, non abbiamo fatto la doccia perché c'era la ruggine e capelli. Macchie di sangue sulla placchetta della corrente. Maniglia, mensole, armadio TUTTO ROTTO. "

Electrical options for plug in devices was old, no usb ports. Had to request toilet paper as it was not replenished when room was cleaned, the suite has a lot of space but a very small flat screen tv that didn’t offer any other languages other than Italian, Place feels old and is in need of some updating. With some upgrades...
