“Great stay. The room was spacious, modern and clean!!”

“The suites were AMAZING and clean with daily housekeeping. Modern design and appliances. We felt very safe. The staff was very responsive and helpful for the entire stay. Our flights arrived in the morning and the staff accommodated us and allowed us to check in early which was a huge help after a long flight. The location was excellent, nearby local eateries and a short drive to the ferry. I would stay here again when visiting Naples. 10/10 recommend!”

“This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

“The property was located about 15-20 minutes walk from major attractions like the basilica and the opera house. Parking was a 5 minute walk from the property and the access was very tight for an economy car. The accommodations were generally clean. The shower had mold in the tiles and there was only one very small bar of soap and some packets of liquid soap. It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner. It was 97 degrees and 80% humidity on the day we were there and the air...
