"The is property is beautiful I will give it 8/10 our room the rr shower didn’t work the blow dryer didn’t work. Now the reason why I rate 8/10 is because the food is horrible we stayed Friday-Tuesday and the only good thing we’re the Tacos. Food needs flavor a lot of empty trays I wouldn’t go back just because of the food. The place overall is beautiful."

"The property in impeccably designed and maintained. This is my third time there and they never disappoint. Nomads took an excellent care of you. Kasandra was very attentive to all our requests and made all desired arrangements for us. The rooms were very comfortable, large and clean. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. All restaurants were very tasty and great professional staff. We are very pleased with our vacation and can’t wait to get back next year."

"The staff was excellent and the property was very clean. The food however was absolutely terrible and very odd. I think i survived off of macaroons and mixed drinks. You would think you could atleast eat a sandwich but the bread was sticky and not toasted, one slice of meat, lettuce with brown spots and a slimy tomato. We had chicken at the Italian restaurant with pink centers, watery Pad Thai at the Japanese restaurant...it goes on. Pay more for another hotel or plan to eat off site."

"The Expedia Guest Team, Lyanya, Melisa, Maria and Mar were so helpful. The app wasn't working for us so we asked them to make dinner reservations at the on site restaurants. Thank you, ladies. Eat at the restaurants and avoid the buffet! The resort itself is dated but comfortable. Walking around and learning where everything is easy. Our room was near the ocean, pools, buffet, sports bar and tram, everything needed was accessible. Beach bar closes at 6pm. Don't understand the negative reviews about having to walk as things are a little spaced out. Unless there is a medical reason or age, just take a leisurely walk and burn some calories. STAFF: check in/out, bellboys, maids & drivers were friendly and ready to help. The only real negative was the shower: no hot water and low water pressure. We adjusted and took quick, lukewarm showers. We let staff know but it didn't bother us. INCEDENTALS: bring small bills, $1's ,$5's, 10's for tipping as it's is customary. Use the resort transport company Seek and Go for airport transfers. Just email the resort a few days ahead with air info and they arrange it for you. The reps wear green polo shirts and speak English. Don't use airport taxis. A half mile walk from the resort there is a group of shops/pharmacy for snacks, water, medicine, souvenirs and currency exchange. If needed get a taxi to/from Walmart, the drivers will wait for you. Pina Coladas & Margaritas on the beach? Yes please!! It's a slow pace, laid back vibe so enjoy it."

"Great breakfast and rooms are very nice and clean. The rooftop pool was amazing. However, staff were inconsistent. Sometimes they were helpful while other times they could not be bothered and were rude. Also, I stayed 9 nights and my room was only cleaned twice. I don't expect it to be cleaned daily but atleast every 2nd or 3rd day would have been nice. The worst part was that they advertise free shuttle to the airport and I did what I was suppose to do and the day I was leaving my shuttle never showed. I therefore had to pay over a $100 to get to the airport by taxi. Was not impressed. I expected more from the Marriott. I was very disappointed 😞"
