“Staff was friendly, room was clean and bed was comfortable!!”

“The appearance of the hotel is little bit different but it's never classic nor old fashionable. They dont think guest's convenience. No even any mirror in the room . I asked to the front desk for fixing the blind of the window in my room but they didn't. If they consider the real manner like the photo, they should have fixed it . I felt bad for staying there. I recommend Merriat residency hotel as similar rate in Concord. ”

“Excellent facilities and very helpful staff, enjoyed the lake view, fireplace and glamorous sheets. Restaurant on-site was great and breakfast was good. Thanks you”

Maintenance was sent but there really wasn’t much that could be done. I was given extra towels to cover the gap the best I could. They couldn’t move us to another room due to being booked full.”

“Waited 25 mins to checkin. There was a safety concern when a first floor room burned a pan of food, filling 1st floor wing with smoke, but the fire alarms did not activate in the room, the hotel halls nor was the fire department activated through a system alarm. People on the 2nd floor would not have been notified to evacuate in case if fire. Luckily, it was burned food in a pan cooked in a hotel room that created the smoke and did not lead to a room fire. The buffet breakfast needs updated...
