"Hey, Wanda at the front desk is so friendly. The room when we arrived is clean. For the price i would definetely go back. You can`t expect a stay like the Archer hotel for this price. Price VS Quality is definetely worth it. It is outdated but it does the job. Beds are super comfortable.."

I had to go ahead and pay for the room again. It is what it is. The real problem was the number of children who were completely ignored by their parents and left to behave like animals. If the guests won't police their children, the hotel staff should step in and ask the parents to settle their children. "

"If you need an accessible room, Hilton Garden Inn Springfield NJ is not a good hotel for you. Their accessible room is far away from the elevator and at the end of hallway by the exit door. ( no elevator nearby) The design of this hotel is not suitable for the wheelchair accessible. Also, their swimming pool is small with nonstop kids swimming lessons, you can't enjoy the pool at all."
