"I like the property because of its location and price value. But it does not have any service or people in the property. This is the second time I stayed in. I would say I prefer rooms in the second floor, this one the shower was small."

"We were told our room was unavailable when we called, but by the time we arrived 2 hrs later, accommodation had been made. The manager was very nice. The other staff did not seem to answer the phone when she was there. We would call with no answer, but if we went downstairs a minute later she would be sitting right there. The breakfast was extremely limited - "a to go" or something - one donut and a cup of coffee. No where to sit. We were also told this hotel houses several homeless individuals, and that things were stolen from the hallway. when meant for the person in the room it was left at. In general, the two bookings we made through you this trip were of much lower quality than we have experienced before. This was very disappointing."
