“Staff is fantastic - as are the accommodations. However we paid for and booked an ocean view room, at additional cost and adjusted our travel dates to reserve it. Upon arrival we were given a room on the second floor which was completely blocked by the vegetation. When we complained we were told that back of the house is ocean view - whether it is or not. Other than that - which was a big disappointment - we had a great time”

“The staff was incredible friendly and helpful. We throughly enjoyed our pre-cruise stay here and would book it again. Between the amazong waterpark pool, beach access, movies theater, ee had a great pre cruise stay. Would come back as a destination. The staff was exceptionally nice. ”
