"Centara Grand Hotel Staff was outstanding, breakfast buffet worth every penny. Location superb adjacent to Central Plaza Shopping Center. Walk from Central store directly into train system. Again, just superb ! Do not rent a car at BKK unless absolutely necessary. Between Bolt private taxi service, and typical taxi, get to hotel quickly and inexpensively. Then use the train and subway wherever you would like to go."

Staffs are polite, yet very friendly. Rooms are perfect, new, clean, comfy, with fridge and even irons in the room. Probably best budget hotel in Bangkok that I have stayed. One issue with this lovely hotel is the location, which is located within a deep “soi” (alley), so it could be a bit inconvenient if you dont drive. But...

"Loved my stay here. The women working here were so kind and welcoming. I arrived very early in the morning and was able to get into my room quickly. As soon as was possible they cleaned the room and allowed me to check in early. This was such a blessing after 35+ hours of traveling. The hostel, my room, and the bathrooms were very clean and kept very clean for my whole stay there. Many amenities in the bathroom as well. Breakfast every morning was a wonderful start to my day. "Tucked away in a residential neighborhood north of Bangkok city center. Plenty of dining options nearby as well as a restaurant in the hotel with delicious Thai dishes. Only a 20 minute walk to Ratchayothin station (I did it daily during my stay)which is on the Sukhimvit line which put you within reach of Bangkok nightlife."

"夜行列車で早朝に到着したのですが、直ぐにチェックイン対応してくれて荷物も預かってもらえました。また無理言ってシャワーも浴びさせていただき、2階のラウンジでPC作業もさせて貰いました。 シャワールームは広かったですが、お湯はギリギリのレベルでした。 ドミトリーベッドは十分な広さなのですが、付けっぱなしのエアコンは寒かったです。 一階のレストランは入りませんでしたが、12時前後まで元気な音楽が流れてました。 ウィークエンドマーケットへ行くには、とても便利です。"

"Good , clean and soaciousnear to bts and other amenities. The entrance is on a bit of a back street but that didn't mater to us as location good, rooms nice and good value. Can't recommend the breakfast as it is good buffet which I don't like,, my youngest daughter doesn't mind and said Thai food was tasty although she prefers it warm. In general I would recommend and stay again , big rooms and proximity to skytrain a massive plus"

"I arrived before check in time, wasn’t greeted by staff. Not rude but no smile. I left my 2 bags and went out. Came back that evening with a luggage and stuffs from a supermarket. Again, no smile. After I got my key card, I collected my bags and my luggage. The staff saw me struggle but didn’t offer help to hold the lift. The room was very clean and nice. The tv however was not hung in front of the bed, but on the left wall parallel to the bed. Never seen a hotel do this before. Fridge wasn’t...
