"Hotel is modern and well located. Lights, tablet and blackout blinds in room are useful and fun. Hot water and drinks are available downstairs with nice areas to hang out. Breakfast was expensive but there are low cost options and a supermarket nearby."

"Loved my 5 day stay at the State Plaza hotel in DC! Great location, walking distance from most of the key places such as the Mall, Lincoln, Washington memorials, GW university campus, etc. Rooms were spacious, well maintained and the best part was the kitchen that had all the utensil, cookware, and amenities I would have wanted. Definitely my go to hotel for the next visit coming up in a few months :)"

"Beautiful resort hotel in Washington. Property large and beautiful grounds with lawn activities and very large pools with outdoor jacuzzi. Hot purchases by the pool. Breakfast was great on and elegant and upscale dining area with views of tranquil outdoors. Well appointed spacious rooms. Walk to shops and restaurants."

"It was an experience for sure!! The history of the building is what makes it fun!! The location is scary if traveling after dark. And it’s not as updated as other hotels. But I had a great time!! I have no complaints!! First time staying in a hotel with so much character and lore"
