“Our stay at this hotel was one of the worst we've ever experienced. We booked two rooms—one with a king bed and one with two double beds. The king room's shower didn't work at all. The valve just kept spinning and wouldn't turn the water on. When we called the front desk, they told us there wasn't a maintenance person on site.
