"We had to switch rooms because we extended our stay. I discussed this with one of the night clerks who left that info in a note for the day staff. The clerk said they would give us a late checkout and early check in. Neither my spouse nor I could be present at the normal 11:00 a.m. checkout due to work. Our 14 and 10 year old kids were in the room expecting a late checkout. Instead, the staff started knocking on the door at 11 am demanding that they leave. They entered the room at noon without consent. I arrived shortly after noon to find my kids sitting in the lobby with all of our luggage and other belongings. This was a very unpleasant experience for my kids. To their credit, after I spoke to staff they put us in a room right away. I just wish they would have done that without putting my kids through an eviction with no reassurance about what would happen next. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Parking is indoor, attached to the hotel for a very reasonable cost.
