“Very clean inside and out. Peaceful environment birds, flowers and acrossthe street you see boats coming and going. They have a outdoor pool and hot tub close to Weirs beach and the NH pavilion. Convenient and clean. ”

“This was my first time ever going to Laconia and it was a weekend away for myself and my 23 year old daughter. We were going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and wanted to be close to the venue and make it a nice weekend away. This establishment is adorable and the staff is over the top friendly and very helpful. The room was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. I will absolutely be going again!! “I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The air conditioner was full of dust, and the carpet smelled so bad that it gave me a headache. The bed felt damp and uncomfortable. The only good thing was the staff — they were kind and tried to help. But overall, I do not recommend this place. ”

However, they’ve put a lot of thought into it and even provide a fire pit and smores kits in the lobby so you could roast marshmallows if you wanted.
