"We arrived at the hotel after a long day at the CNE, the front desk was busy with check ins, everyone was nice. Our clerk was very kind, informative and provided a surprise for our daughter, a Fairmont Royal York lion stuffy! Such a small detail, but really made a huge impact on not just our daughter but us. Our room was clean, comfortable. My husband is tall and the shower was too low for him, I’m 5’7 and also had trouble with the shower “height”. As it’s an older property walls were noticeable thin and we could hear conversations in the rooms next to ours. Location is fabulous! Lots to see and do in the area. Very walkable! We will stay again! Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"The hotel is nice overall. The bathroom door would get stuck and difficult to open. The patio door was difficult to lock. The parking lot is not right next to the hotel so it could be an issue at night. Also no complimentary coffee and the restaurant opens at noon."
