Property is clean but well overdue for updates. The room was old and dated. It had a broken bathroom vanity and our AC was barely working. AC required multiple resets to get it to blow cold air, it was extremely loud when it turned on, and required to be reset multiple times throughout our 3 nights there. When informed of the poorly working AC, staff offered very minimal solutions. No on was on site to fix the issue, no room change offered and no compensation offered. No follow up was done with us to ensure that the issue had been fixed after we informed them we were able to reset our AC ourselves. Would definitely not stay again.

It was clean, and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. I liked the location because it was a few blocks from the national mall and restaurants. The only thing I recommend the hotel to do is to lower the beds in the ADA room because it was too high. Other than that it was a GREAT experience!

We totally loved our stay here. I totally recommend staying here when visiting D.C. as you can walk to everything, and we did just that. The view of the White House and the rest of D.C. from the roof top is just stunning. I hope to get the chance to stay here again. It is right across from the Treasury building, the White House and the Hamilton restaurant. Fly in to Reagan National, walk to the METRO inside terminal 2, ride to the closest METRO station and walk to the HOTEL. NO car needed. If you get tired of walking call a ride-share. We did that one time, we had just walked too much. The staff was excellent and very helpful. we arrived early and they watch our luggage while we went to an appointment at the capital. The let us in the room early upon our return. They helped in many ways. It rained and umbrellas were available for use. Highly Recommended.

We booked this hotel for a one-night stay because of its convenient location near the Spanish Embassy, but it far exceeded our expectations. The staff was attentive, and our corner room comfortably accommodated four adults without feeling cramped. We enjoyed the nice views, modern décor, and high-quality beds, linens, pillows, and towels.  Our only minor complaint was that the rain shower pressure was a bit weak. However, the highlight of our stay was dinner at the hotel restaurant, a.kitchen+bar, which offered exceptional food and value from a James Beard Award-winning restaurant. As hotel guests, we received 10% off our meal plus an additional $42 Expedia credit. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Washington, DC.

Just a great hotel. Excellent location for getting around DC. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic. Housekeeping was friendly. My husband said it's one of the nicest hotels he has stayed in, and he has traveled the world. Will definitely stay here again.
