“Peace lodge was very beautiful . It has so much to offer with feeding the animals they rescued to enjoying the beautiful waterfalls right on the property. The only downfall of mine was they don't have air or a ceiling fan but overall it was a great joy staying here . ”

“Sehr große, saubere Zimmer in Bungalows mit Terrasse. Schöner Pool und Garten. Die kleine Straße ist erstaunlich viel befahren und entsprechend war es in der Nacht nicht so ruhig wie erwartet. Die beschriebenen Trails auf dem Gelände sind etwas enttäuschend. Das Abendessen vom Büffet ist einfach aber geschmacklich ok. Frühstück auch sehr einfach.”

“Die Bungalows stehen in einem sehr schön angelegten, sehr gepflegtem Garten. Es gibt einen kleinen, schönen Wanderpfad. Sehr saubere Zimmer, das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. “Absolutely stunning property in the middle of the forest! This location is a must. You are surrounded by nature and all you hear day and night is the rushing of the river. Every single staff member there was very friendly and helpful. Cabins are spacious and include a kitchenette in them. Day activities were easy to schedule. Ziplining was fantastic here, highly recommended!”

“Most charming lodge I’ve ever been at. A perfect stop to make between the Pacific coast and the Carribean one, or between San Jose and Limon/Puerto Viejo. The view is out of this world beautiful, the location is completely off-the-grid, the team is just wonderful, the breakfast is so so good, and fresh. The chicken empanadas is the best one I ever had. “Im Prinzip ist die Lodge super, abseits von allem, mitten in der Natur und die Affen ziehen direkt am Balkon vorbei, um im nächsten Baum zu essen. Die Lodge hat Frühstück inklusiv. So, das bedeutet, für den Rest der Verpflegung ist man selbst verantwortlich oder nutzt das Restaurant der Lodge. Leider haben die Zimmer aber noch nicht mal einen Kühlschrank, daher ist Selbstversorgung eher schlecht. Und die Preise der Lodge für Essen und Trinken sind unverschämt. “Wir haben diese Unterkunft für eine Übernachtung vor unserem langem Rückflug gewählt. Dafür war das Apartment super gelegen und komfortabel. Die Kommunikation vorab lief über WhatsApp (Chatbot) beim Check-in hatte es einen Concierge. Leider konnte er kein Englisch und wir kein Spanisch, aber wir haben uns irgendwie verständigt. Daher kleiner Abzug in der Kommunikation, sonst volle Punktzahl. ”
