“I made a reservation 8 nights. Between staying, I realized clogged bathtub drain. The hotel changed the room. It was nice. This is a hotel for one day stay. After check-out, the hotel fee was charged twice. 8 days have passed since check-out, but the problem has not been resolved. Please cancel the double-charged fee.”
