"When I first walked in, there was an awful mildew/musty mold smell, it gave me a terrible headache. The lobby was gross and had a bunch of bottles of bleach and killz on what would normally be a breakfast buffet. Waited in the lobby for quite some time before someone finally came out of a back room. Meanwhile the phones were ringing off the hook while I also waited. The gal answered the phone and took the call before even addressing me. Got the keys, on the way to the room someone was screaming in another room. Our room was filthy, glass on the floor, residue of something all over the floor by between the beds, smelled worse than the lobby and the bathroom door didnt even fully close. And thats just to start. There was no way I was letting my family stay here. 10/10 do NOT recommend. They did fully refunded me immediately, with no fuss, likely because they already knew it wasnt suitable for a human to even step foot in there. That place needs to be torn down and rebuilt and start again. Completely unacceptable! "

"Very clean and comfortable room, but bathroom vent fan was broken as was hair dryer. They had no dryer to offer me. Good location to Sports Hub . Reasonably good breakfast."
