"The room was smelling marijuana smoke. It was horrible and we could barely sleep with the strong odor. Only one keuring pod coffee remaining for 2 person, the comforter was too small for a king size bed. I was obliged to take the other one in the 2nd room, a queen size. Hopefully we were 2, not 3 or 4. No extra blanket or comforter in spare. "

"I seldom wrote any review. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on Feb 28 and Mar 1. To be honest, my experience in this hotel is much below my expectation, even disappointed. Pros: The hotel is clean, location is good. Walking distance to where I am going to visit. Cons: 1. Restaurant service is really bad. 1) slow service, we waited outside for a long time before we were seated, wait for long time for menu and food. 2) wrong food was provided to both my breakfast and my daughter's breakfast. Besides,the toasted bread is black and cold, I don't even know if the bread was prepared for previous customer and supposed to be throwed away as a garbage but for some reason was served to us. The hot tub has room tempature or a little bit warmer water, so I only stayed for 3 minutes before I gave up. One of the main reasons for me to choose this hotel is because of hot tub, it ended up a wrong decision. Due to my bad experience in this hotel, I will NOT recommend this hotel to anybody."

"Elevator button on fifth floor had some weird white substance on it (candlewax?) and it took 3 whole days for someone to notice and clean it off. Breakfast was stale and lacklustre. Looks like the ceiling in my room was water damaged."
